Besides being kinda close location-wise, lots of ties between Tech & the Wood Brothers shop. When Sadler was their driver, they ran a Tech scheme at the Richmond race in the Fall of 2000.
And it seems like I rem. hearing about 1 of the Wood girls being on Tech's solar car team a couple of years back.
